License Agreement

Single Use licenses:
Version 9 licenses are one license per computer.  Single user licenses connected for network use through a portal to a single computer voids of our contractual obligation for support.
Single User licenses connected through any sort of virtual machine or portal for use by multiple computers may be subject to non renewal.

Network Licenses:
Concurrent user licensing

1 (one) user network license.  Maximum use is two computers.  Commonly used for in office and remote laptop work.  Also for two office computers to share the single concurrent user license.

2 (two) user network license.  Maximum 10 (ten) computers.  Virtual machine/portal/shared drive use for multiple locations is restricted.  All computers must connect to the same corporate location.  

5 (five) user network license.  Maximum 25 (twenty-five) computers.  Multiple locations allowed.

FOR ALL PURPOSES THE SOFTWARE IS TO BE CONSIDERED PURCHASED AS SHRINK WRAPPED SOFTWARE
 

Under the conditions hereby contained, it is agreed that the licensee

A. own the License ID, CD or other media purchased, but under the Copyright Law, R.W.Miller & Associates continues to own the software recorded on it and all copies of it;

B. make only the necessary copies of any tangible documentation or materials provided.

C. make only the necessary copies of the software for operating and backup purposes.

D. use the software at the designated location and insure that use follows corporate / company software policies as related to licensed software.

The licensee may not sublicense, assign or transfer the license or the program.

R.W.Miller & Associates does not warrant that the functions contained in the program will meet your requirements or that the program operation will be uninterrupted or error free. Any errors that may occur should be first brought to the direct attention of R.W.Miller & Associates. for correction.

IN NO EVENT WILL R.W.Miller & Associates BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST SAVINGS, LOSS OF DATA, COSTS OF RECREATING LOST DATA, OR OTHER INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE SUCH PROGRAM EVEN IF R.W.Miller & Associates. HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY OTHER PARTY.

YOU MAY NOT USE, COPY, LEND, MODIFY OR TRANSFER THE PROGRAM, OR ANY COPY, MODIFICATION OR MERGED PORTION, IN WHOLE OR IN PART, WITHOUT THE WRITTEN PERMISSION OF R.W.Miller & Associates EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED FOR IN THIS LICENSE. UNAUTHORIZED TRANSFER OF ANY COPY IS A SERIOUS VIOLATION OF FEDERAL LAW AND MAY SUBJECT A CUSTOMER TO DAMAGES, ATTORNEY FEES AND INJUNCTIVE RELIEF.

Reproduction and/or distribution of the application or any accompanying material is strictly prohibited.

R.W.Miller & Associates will not be responsible for lost, broken or stolen licenses.   

R.W.Miller & Associates reserves the right to void your software license for violation of this agreement.
