Active X Component Errors:
This is common in network installations. A client machine that can connect to the network but has not had the installation kit run will have Active X errors.
Also occurs when a hard drive is formatted and the contents of a Flow Consultant directory are copied from a network location.
It happens because the computer registry does not have the references The Flow Consultant is requesting.
The installation kit is required for database references to use the Flow Consultant. Refer to your installation guide for more details.
If you do not have your installation guide, contact Support@RWMillerAssociates.com for a copy.

European Decimal Place Holders And Other Non-US formats
Long-Time Flow Consultant users may recall noticing that decimal points were truncated in the Flow Consultant. You may also have noticed for every decimal point you enter, the fractional portion of your value was truncated. This can be a serious problem with software designed in the U.S. for your Microsoft windows operating system.
Example: 1,3 is being interpreted as 1.0
If you enter the 1,6 older versions of the Flow Consultant may have defaulted to 1.0.
Your computer does not know to change the comma to a period for you.
This is not a design note or indication that 1.0 is a better value, it is a problem specific to the computer you are running our software on. Most likely your computer was setup this way because this is the Default setting for Microsoft Windows. This is based on your regional settings in Windows.
Using a comma as a decimal place holder will automatically change to a period when the user is entering numbers.
With the release of Version 8, it was noted that some line sizes were returning strange values. This was coming out of the back end database so we now require that all users have their computer set to use a period as a decimal placeholder.
If this exact message presents upon install or start up, you will need to change the regional settings in your windows control panel.

File Not Found:
The database path stored by the last flow consultant user is not a path you can access.
Cause: network rights or renaming of databases through file manager.
Solution: install Version 8.1.0006 or greater.
Version 9 does not have this issue
